Eng. Chandana Dalugoda is a Chartered Engineer with 40 years of practical experience in the field of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVAC &R;) of Building Services Engineering. During his carrier, has engaged in installations, operations, maintenance & designing of HVAC & R systems in Sri Lanka & overseas. He was working as Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at HILSON MORAN, ENGLAND UK. He is a Director of Green Building Council, Sri Lanka.
